Aleksi Starovich is a scientist who predicts with the current population growth that we will consume the Earth's resources by 2057.

Obsessed with the idea that humanity needs to progress and expand beyond Earth, he developed a breathable liquid that can allow people to live in an oxygenless environment. People do not believe his message and mock him as a mad scientist. To prove that his science is grounded, he has taken on a mission to pollute the world's water resources in hopes that humanity will be forced to leave Earth and use his creation. With his advanced knowledge of chemistry and funding from The Baron he has created a suit which has corrupted his mind and body even more.

Now he cannot survive without the liquid within the suit and he has become even more obsessed with achieving his goal!
